RETURN POLICY - REFUNDS - DAMAGED STOCK - CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

All our orders are hand-picked with the highest quality of plants available at the time of processing your order.  Due to Australia’s strict quarantine laws between each state, we cannot accept any plant returns once they have been posted out to you.  You must accept this as part of the terms and conditions of purchasing our plants.  We will not be held responsible for loss of plants due to postal delays; we endeavour to send out orders of a Monday and Tuesday to avoid the chance of your plants getting stuck in the post over the weekends and public holidays.  Any claims for damaged stock or missing stock MUST be made via our email strangeworldcarnivores@gmail.com within (7) Seven Days of receiving your parcel with a photo of the damaged stock straight after receiving so the issue can be identified and if it is a packaging issue at our end the issue can be rectified to a suitable standard for all parties.  Cancellation of Orders - Requesting a cancellation of your order will be refunded via square less the transaction fee.  Please notify us via email as soon as possible before the items are sent out.
